Barre, VT, Vallee-Jct., QC & Montmagny, QC — In an exciting partnership with Quebec racetracks Autodrome Chaudière and Autodrome Montmagny, American-Canadian Tour Officials are proud to announce the return of the Quebec-based Serie ACT in 2023. The fan-favorite Serie ACT Quebec is poised for a triumphant 10-race return to La Belle Province in 2023 with the help of the best short trackers and officials from North of the Border!

The Series will be operated under the cooperative direction of Andre Poulin and Howard Romanado, two longtime figures in Quebec racing. Poulin as Promoter of Chaudiere and the Serie Sportsman Quebec and Romanado as director of Stock Car Racing at the former Autodrome St-Eustache and now at Montmagny will together spearhead the return of Serie ACT Quebec in 2023.

Under the direction and promotion of Romanado and Poulin, Serie ACT Quebec will hold a ten-race schedule in 2023 with Chaudiere and Montmagny each hosting five events throughout the summer. A progressive point fund for Serie ACT Quebec has been announced starting at a minimum of $20,000CAD, which is expected to grow as contingency partners are brought on board in the coming months, along with a $1,000CAD Rookie of the Year bonus.

As with the ACT-US Tour, only teams who have participated in 100% Serie ACT Quebec events will be eligible for year-end point fund monies. Serie ACT Quebec will also utilize the American-Canadian Tour Rulebook for Technical Inspection and the Hoosier Race Tires mandated by the sanctioning body. Serie ACT Quebec teams will also have to purchase an ACT-US license, allowing both Quebec and US teams the ability to join any ACT Sanctioned event in 2023.

“I am beyond thrilled to bring a Canadian ACT series back to the race teams and fans of Quebec,” said American-Canadian Tour managing partner Cris Michaud. “Having Andre and Howard bring Chaudiere and Montmagny together in partnership was instrumental in reviving Serie ACT Quebec and I look forward to seeing this program grow in Canada once again.”

With the announcement of the return of Serie ACT Quebec, the full 2023 schedule is available for those planning to rejoin the touring series. Sponsorship opportunities are readily available for the return of the iconic Canadian Series. Interested parties should contact Howard Romanado at hrautodromemontmagny@hotmail.com for more information.
