VERNON, NY – They’re back.

For the second consecutive season, the Tezos All Star Circuit of Champions (ASCoC) presented by Mobil 1 will return to Utica-Rome Speedway on Saturday, Aug. 19, 2023.

The lightning-fast ASCoC 410 Sprint Cars will offer a $10,000 winner’s share again this year.

Last August, the return of the All Stars brought a capacity crowd to the Home of Heroes, with Justin Peck of Monrovia, Ind., taking the victory over Tyler Courtney of Indianapolis, Ind., Brent Marks of Myerstown, Pa., Chris Windom of Canton, Ill., and Cory Eliason of Visalia, Calif.

The Aug. 19 visit will mark the fifth 410 Sprint Car visit to Utica-Rome, with each of the previous visits to the half-mile oval.

The four events run thus far have been contested under ASCoC banner with previous winners including Peck (Aug. 20, 2022), Aaron Reutzel of Clute, Texas (Aug. 12, 2019), Tim Shaffer of Butler, Pa., (June 10, 2012) and Fred Rahmer of Salfordville, Pa. (July 13, 2010).

Utica-Rome Speedway’s Saturday night sister track – Fonda Speedway in Fonda, N.Y. – will also welcome the All Star contingent in ’23, with a Saturday night visit on May 20.
