Jankowiak Team welcomes V1 Fiber Engineering, Thermal Foams Inc. and multiple sponsors for the Memorial Day Weekend event at Charlotte Motor Speedway

Tonawanda NY- It has been a remarkably busy few weeks for Andy Jankowiak and his team as they prepare to enter their first ARCA Menards General Tire 150 race at Charlotte Motor Speedway Saturday May 29th in a car that is new to the team.

The team will be sporting a Memorial Day Theme on the car for the event that was designed and created by Don Adamczyk and Justin Gumley. The team will also be honoring eight fallen heroes during the event with names being carried on the helmets of each of the team’s members.

“We just purchased this car from Our Motorsports, it was a show car, but we have been busy making it ready to compete.” After a pair of top ten finishes in the team’s first two ARCA Menards series races at Daytona and Talladega the Jankowiak Racing Team #73 Ford with crew chief Mike Dayton head into Charlotte Motor Speedway with momentum and solid sponsorship support from multiple marketing partners. “We are so lucky to have these sponsors on board, we did not know we were going to run this event a month ago so to have support on a project we put together pretty quickly means a lot.”

Prominently displayed on the roof of the Jankowiak Racing Ford number 73 will be a charity organization known as The Yukon Creek Sportsman’s Club. PINNACLE TRAVEL STAFFING JOINS JANKOWIAK AT TALLADEGA

BUFFALO, N.Y. — Pinnacle Travel Staffing, a family-run nationwide placement service for traveling nurses is joining AJ Racing for the ARCA Menards Series’ General Tire 200 on April 24 at Talladega Superspeedway in Alabama. Pinnacle Travel Staffing will also be on AJ Racing’s Modified throughout 2021.

Andy Jankowiak, owner and driver of the AJ Racing Team number 73 Ford Fusion, is a rookie in the ARCA Menards Series. He stunned the entire racing community with an 8th-place finish in his super-speedway debut at Florida’s Daytona International Speedway in February.

Jankowiak heads into Talladega as a legitimate contender despite this being just the new team’s second race. “Racing at Talladega is a dream come true and we have a legitimate chance to win,” said the 33-year-old driver. “We have been working very hard and I believe we made the car better than it was for Daytona, so the sky is the limit.”

ARCA Racing Announces Next Installment in Return to Racing Schedule

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – NASCAR today announced the next installment of events in its return to racing, featuring races at Pocono Raceway, Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Kentucky Speedway, Texas Motor Speedway, Kansas Speedway and New Hampshire Motor Speedway.

The announcement included the rescheduling of three ARCA Menards Series events, which will be held in conjunction with NASCAR Cup Series race weekends.

  • Pocono Raceway, Friday, June 26 (6 p.m. ET on FS1)
  • Charlotte Motor Speedway, Wednesday, July 15 (4 p.m. on FS1)
  • Kansas Speedway, Friday, July 24 (10 p.m. on FS1)

The Kansas date is realigned from Chicagoland Speedway, originally scheduled for June 18.

FOX will close out its NASCAR Cup Series season with the NASCAR Cup Series All-Star race at Charlotte Motor Speedway (Wednesday, July 15 at 8:30 p.m. on FS1), while the NASCAR Xfinity Series season on FOX platforms will conclude at Kentucky Speedway (Friday, July 10 at 8 p.m. on FS1).

In turn, NASCAR welcomes back NBC for its sixth consecutive year of coverage when the NASCAR Xfinity Series (Saturday, July 4 at 3 p.m. on NBC) and NASCAR Cup Series (Sunday, July 5 at 4 p.m. on NBC) return to Indianapolis Motor Speedway on the Fourth of July weekend.

NBC will carry coverage of the NASCAR Xfinity Series and NASCAR Cup Series through the balance of the season, including the new and highly-anticipated Playoffs schedule that is currently scheduled to culminate with the crowning of three NASCAR national series champions at Phoenix Raceway in November.

NASCAR’s modified event procedures and protocols have been finalized in accordance with public health officials, medical experts and local, state and federal officials. Further national series dates will be announced at a later date.

The NASCAR Cup Series will return to racing at Atlanta Motor Speedway this Sunday, June 7, with a 500-mile event scheduled for 3 p.m., live on FOX, FOX Deportes, PRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
