Trenton, NJ – After a successful post-Covid return in 2023, the East Coast Indoor Dirt Nationals presented by BELFOR Property Restoration will once again be held inside the CURE Insurance Arena in Trenton on Friday and Saturday, February 23 and 24, 2024.
Tickets for the event will go on sale Friday, November 3 and be available at the arena box office and online through Ticketmaster.
The two-day event featuring the wingless 600cc Micro Sprints, will once take place on the high banked 1/10-mile clay oval constructed on the arena floor.
The format for the 4th running of the event will see race fan enhancements and changes to the Friday night program, while Saturday night’s schedule featuring alphabet mains and a 50 lap A-Main will not change.
Friday night’s event will now see competitors compete in A-Qualifiers, Last Chance Races, a B-Main and a 20 lap A-Main to close out the program. Competitors will earn points based on performance throughout the night which will be used to set the line-ups on Saturday.
“Saturday night’s racing was awesome! Drivers were racing on the extreme outside and working the very bottom of the track. The racing just couldn’t get any better, the fans wanted more,” stated event promoter Len Sammons.
“On Friday night, we decided we needed a main event to close out the program, where the fans get the opportunity to see all the very best drivers duel it out for one big victory.”
Tim Buckwalter scored a come from behind victory in the 2023 running of the event. Buckwalter raced through the field after early contact sent him to the very back of the pack.
Billy Pauch Jr., came home second with lady racer Adrianna Delaponti capturing the hearts of many in attendance completing the podium after starting deep in the feature line-up after qualifying from the last chance B-Main event.
Previous event winners include the late Rob Vivona (aka Whitey Kidd III), Erick Rudolph and Jon Keller.
“Enhancing our Friday night program has been a series wide focus for us this year, with new formats in place for our concrete races in Allentown and Atlantic City,” offered Sammons.
“We have now adopted a similar format in Trenton, drivers will still get multiple opportunities to put themselves in position for the ultimate prize on Saturday night, while the fans see a main event and one winner on Friday.”
Entry forms and rules are posted and available online at www.indoorautoracing.com. A maximum of 90 entries will be accepted for the event due to parking limitations. Interested competitors are urged enter ASAP, with entries expected to reach capacity.

Tickets for the two-day East Coast Indoor Dirt Nationals event goes on sale Friday, November 3, with special pre-sale opportunities proceeding the public on sale. Friday night will feature open General Admission seating, while Saturday night’s event will offer a combination of front row, lower level reserved seating and general admission offerings.
As a special bonus, anyone who purchases Saturday night tickets will have the option to had a Friday night for just $20. Additional Kid General Admission tickets are just $5 each night. Ticket prices do not include facility or online ticketing fees.
