Barre, VT & Naples, ME — Officials with the American-Canadian Tour (ACT) and Pro All Stars Series (PASS) announced today that Massachusetts law firm Eden Rafferty has signed on as a year-long contingency partner with the Street Stock division at Thompson Speedway in 2024. $2,000 will be awarded throughout the ten-race Street Stock season to the winner, runner-up and the ‘Lucky 7’ seventh-place finisher in each track championship event this season.

Based in Worcester, Massachusetts, attorneys Jane Eden and Richard Rafferty and their team of associates have represented individuals throughout The Bay State since 1987. By prioritizing each client’s specific concerns, goals, financial interests and personal well-being, the team at Eden Rafferty will go the distance on your behalf. After an accident or in the midst of a personal crisis, it truly helps to feel good about your lawyer’s ability and dedication to your cause and that’s exactly what EdenRafferty brings to the table.

The Eden Rafferty contingency program will award an added $100 to the winner of each track championship Street Stock event, $50 to the runner-up and $50 to the seventh-place finisher. “While we enjoyed the single event ‘Clash for Cash’ last year, we really wanted to reward the Street Stocks all season long,” said Eden Rafferty Associate Attorney David Maille. “We wanted to help offset the increasing cost of competing while also rewarding the ‘Lucky 7’ car who might not be a front runner regularly, but his tires and pit fees are still the same as the guys out front.”

“We’re very glad to have Eden Rafferty rejoin us for the 2024 season,” said ACT managing partner Cris Michaud. “They’ve been enthusiastic partners from the beginning and we’re glad to have them continue to support our growing Street Stock class again this year.”

Teams can continue to fill out the Number Registration forms at www.thompsonspeedway.com/rules-competitor-info to prepare for the opening 50th Icebreaker weekend starting with optional Practice Day Friday, April 5 before starting the 2024 season on Saturday, April 6 and Sunday, April 7!
