With several inches of rain from Tropical Storm Debby on Friday, along with more rain throughout the weekend continuing into Monday afternoon, Super DIRTcar Series, DIRTcar Northeast, and track officials have agreed to cancel night one of SummerFAST.

The decision comes after consulting with Wayne Mahar of Precision Weather Service.

The event will not be made up.

If you bought a ticket in advance through the Super DIRTcar Series for the event, you can use the ticket for the event at Fulton Speedway on Wednesday, Aug. 14. To exchange that ticket, call the office at 844-347-8849.

If you don’t use your ticket at Fulton, you can receive a face-value credit to your MyDirtTickets.com account – good for two years – to be used toward any Super DIRTcar Series event available at mpv.tickets.com. If a credit to your account does not work for you, then you have until September 12 to request a refund.

The Series now turns its attention to night two of SummerFAST at Land of Legends Raceway on Tuesday, Aug. 13.

Mat Williamson earned the victory when the Series visited the Canandaigua, NY facility in July. However, he’ll have to deal with current Super DIRTcar Series points leader and two-time SummerFAST champion Matt Sheppard, who finished second in the July event.

A stout field of regional competitors will also compete, including three-time defending Land of Legends champion Justin Haers and Alan Johnson, who’s currently fifth on the Series all-time wins list.

If you can’t make it to the track, watch all the action live on DIRTVision, either online or with the DIRTVision app.
