NEW EGYPT, NJ – More Practice.
A rain filled start to the 2025 championship season at New Egypt Speedway has forced a slight adjustment to the early season schedule.
With the first two attempts at getting the season underway falling by the wayside due to rain, an open practice has been added to the docket for this Thursday, April 17.
The off date on the calendar for this Saturday, April 19 will remain ahead of the weekly racing that will commence on Saturday, April 26 and continue through August 30.
This Thursday’s open practice is open to any and all divisions and/or competitors looking to participate as the northeast season gets rolling.
For the April 17 practice, pit gates open and safety inspections begin at 4 p.m. Practice begins at 6 p.m. and goes in rounds until 9 p.m.
Grandstand admission is FREE.
Pit admission is $35 w/o a License and $25 w/ a License.
Racing will resume now on Saturday, April 26 as Short Load Concrete presents the third try at the 2025 points opener at the D-shaped oval.
The Modifieds will headline the night of racing with the Swagger Factory Apparel Crate Sportsman, Four Cylinders, and Fastline Performance Rookies all on the racing card for the night.
For the April 26 event, pit gates open at 3 p.m. with the grandstands unlocking at 4 p.m. Hot laps begin at 5 p.m. with racing to follow at 6 p.m.
Grandstand admission is $23 for adults, $20 for Seniors (65 and up), and $15 for Military w/ID and Teens (12-15). Kids 11 and under are admitted FREE.
Pit admission is $40 (w/o a license) and $30 (w/ a license).
