NEW EGYPT, NJ – Third times the Charm.

The 2025 championship chase at New Egypt Speedway is slated to begin this Saturday, April 26, with a full night of racing presented by Short Load Concrete.

After the first two attempts were nixed due to rain, the third attempt at the points opener is scheduled for this coming Saturday.

Sprakers, N.Y.’s Stewart Friesen claimed the lone Modified race at the D-shaped oval in 2025, topping the Super DIRTcar Series field in the ‘Power in the Pines’ event back on March 29.

Parkertown, N.J.’s Ryan Heim claimed the Swagger Factory Apparel Crate Sportsman victory over Bedminster, N.J.’s Mike Butler and Cream Ridge, N.J.’s Ryan Simmons.

Southampton, N.J.’s Bob Drayton III was victorious in the 15-lap Four Cylinder main event.

The Modifieds will headline the April 26 night of racing with the Swagger Factory Apparel Crate Sportsman, Four Cylinders, and Fastline Performance Rookies all on the racing card for the night.

The XDP Street Stocks will also be added to the program for a non-points event in an effort to make up for the two lost shows to open the season due to rain.

For the April 26 event, pit gates open at 3 p.m. with the grandstands unlocking at 4 p.m. Hot laps begin at 5 p.m. with racing to follow at 6 p.m.

Grandstand admission is $23 for adults, $20 for Seniors (65 and up), and $15 for Military w/ID and Teens (12-15). Kids 11 and under are admitted FREE.

Pit admission is $40 (w/o a license) and $30 (w/ a license).
