NEW EGYPT, NJ – Pinewood Showdown.
The Swagger Factory Apparel Crate Sportsman step into the limelight this Friday and Saturday (October 24 & 25) for the first annual ‘Pinewood Showdown’ weekend.
The weekend culminates in a 50-lap, $4,000+ to win main event on Saturday night. Over 40 Swagger Factory Apparel Crate Sportsman are expected to in attendance chasing the $4,000+ prize.
The Swagger Factory Apparel Crate Sportsman division has seen eight different drivers visit Victory Lane in 2025 thus far.
Parkertown, N.J.’s Ryan Heim led the way with three wins this season, including the win on opening night with the Super DIRTcar Series in town back in March.
Pilesgrove Township, N.J.’s Ethan Bill and 2025 champion Steve Davis also went to Victory Lane multiple times. Bill triumphant on May 24 and August 23 while Davis claimed victory on June 28 and July.
Other drivers to win were ’24 champion Ryan Simmons (August 9), Matt Ellery (July 12), Mike Butler (September 13), Pat Wall (May 3), and John McClelland (August 16).
The Swagger Factory Apparel Crate Sportsman will run practice and an ‘Underdog’ event on Friday, with the $4,000+ prize taking the stage on Saturday.
The Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series (MASS) will be on hand both Friday and Saturday for a pair of events for the 305 Sprint Cars.
The Friday docket also includes the Xtreme Diesel Performance (XDP) LLC., Street Stocks, Four Cylinders, Northeast Wingless Sprints, and One-on-One Match Races presented by Oliver Communications Group for the Crate Sportsman.
For the October 24 event, all gates open at 4 p.m., with hot laps starting at 6 p.m. and racing to follow at 7 p.m.
Admission is $15 for Adults, $12 for Seniors (65+), $10 for Teens (12-15) and Military w/ID. Kids 11 and under get in FREE.
Pit admission is $35 w/o a license and $25 w/ a license.
Two-day bands are available as well. Adult two-day bands are $32, Seniors are $25, Teens & Military w/ID are $22.
Pits w/o a license are $75 and pits w/ a license are $55.
Saturday features another set of programs for the MASS 305 Sprint Cars and the Four Cylinders. The Vintage cars also join Saturday’s program to join the Swagger Factory Apparel Crate Sportsman event.
For Saturday, October 25, pit gates open at 2 p.m. with grandstands unlocking at 3 p.m. Hot laps begin at 5:30 p.m. and racing follows at 6:15 p.m.
A trick-or-treat session will take place on Saturday from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., through the pit area with the kids.
Adult admission is $20, Seniors are $17, and Teens and Military w/ID are $15. Kids 11 & under get in FREE.
Pit admission is $45 w/o a license and $35 w/ a license.
