— $5,000-to-Win; $500-to-Start “Summer Sizzler” 80-lap race set for Saturday, July 13, 2024, at Evans Mills –
Evans Mills, N.Y. – (March 2, 2024) – Race fans will have something new on the schedule that has been issued as a “TBA” since November of 2023 with the introduction of the “Summer Sizzler” at Evans Mills (N.Y.) Raceway Park for the Race of Champions Modified Series on Saturday, July 13, 2024, at the beautiful “North Country” racing facility.
“We have been working on this race with Evans Mills management for quite some time,” stated Joe Skotnicki, Race of Champions. “We have finally reached an agreement been able to announce a new piece to our schedule at what has become one of the most recognized tracks in our region at Evans Mills. Lee and Peggy Gill, along with their family and staff have done an outstanding job of building Evans Mills into prominence and we are looking forward to visiting them with our exciting brand of racing this July.”
The Race of Champions Modified Series will be competing for 80-laps, $5,000-to-win and $500-to-start on Saturday, July 13 with sponsorship coming from Pinnacle Investments and BKH Custom Speed for the special event.
