Perry, N. – (May 20, 2023) – The Race of Champions “Family of Series” are set to open their seasons this coming Saturday at Wyoming County International Speedway “The Bullring” in Perry, NY this Saturday.
The Race of Champions Sportsman Modified Series will headline activity on the 1/3-mile speedway on Saturday, led by defending Series champion, Shawn Nye of Lancaster, NY.
“We are looking forward to getting the Series season going,” stated Nye, who has already run and won in Weekly competition this season. “The competition is always challenging with the Race of Champions series and we are looking forward to Saturday afternoon at the bullring. It should be very exciting.”
The Sportsman Modified Series will be joined by the Race of Champions Super Stock; FOAR SCORE Four Cylinder Dash and Street Stock Series.
The gates will open for fans at 2:30 pm with qualifying beginning on “The Bullring” at 4:00pm and feature racing set for 6:00pm. Tickets for the event can be purchased right on the MyRacePass application.
