This past Saturday night the T.P. Trailer Modifieds competed in double 30-lap features, with one being the June 29th rain make-up event. Nate Brinker scored his first win of the season in the held-over event, while Brett Kressley picked up win number four in the regularly scheduled main event.

Several drivers had outstanding nights, either scoring two top five or two top ten finishes.

Eddie Strada scored a pair of top ten finishes with a sixth and an eight place run, Craig Whitmoyer had a fine night with a ninth and a seventh place effort, while Jeff Strunk scored a tenth place run along with a sixth place score in the nightcap feature.

With the two top ten finishes Jeff Strunk continues to lead the T.P. Trailer Modified point standings, however his lead shrank a little as Mike Gular’s outstanding night moved him into second place in points, just 190 behind the leader.

Craig Von Dohren had a seventh place run in feature one and just missed a top ten in feature two to now sit third in points. Duane Howard’s great night moved him up to fourth in the point standings, followed by Eddie Strada who sits in fifth spot in points following his solid performance last Saturday night.

The T.P. Truck Equipment Sportsman added their tenth different driver to the win list this season when Jared LaBagh scored the win last Saturday night, picking up his first career Grandview Speedway win.

The point standings continue to tighten in the T.P. Truck Equipment Sportsman, with Logan Watt still out in front despite not scoring a top ten finish, while Addison Meitzler picked up a tenth place finish to hold down second in points and inch a little closer to Watt.

Dylan Swinehart charged from mid-pack to score a fourth place feature run and now sits third in points, while Mike Schneck Jr. just missed out on a top ten run, but sits fourth in points, followed by Jesse Hirthler who also missed out on a top ten, but holds down position five in the standings.
