The NASCAR Craftsman Truck series opened the Nashville Superspeedway weekend with the Rackley Roofing 200.
The race had a slow start as on lap 2 Frankie Muniz blew an oil line leaving a trail of oil around the entire racetrack. A lengthy clean up ensued to get the track raceable again. Frankie’s night would be over almost before it started.
The #7 of Corey Day and & 71 of Rajah Caruth tried to gang up on the #11 of Corey Heim but that only lasted a lap as Corey Heim Jumped back to the lead.

Unfortunately on the restart Kyle Busch was assessed a penalty and had to do a pass through penalty ruining his night..
Lap 11 Lane Riggs in the #34 Ford made a strong move for the lead and took off, holding on for the stage one win over Corey Heim. There were 4 lead changes among
Rajah Caruth had another great pit stop and led the field to green for stage two. The green flag only lasted 1 lap before Jack Wood #91 Jack Wood got sideways causing Japanese driver Akinori Ogata to spin and back into the wall.

Corey Heim showed strength retaking the lead on the restart and driving away. He held the lead all the way to the stage win, his 9th stage win of the season.
Kyle Busch fought his way through the field after his early penalty but struggled to get past mid pack finishing 15th.
Stewart Friesen, who had to start in the rear after a engine change, slowly moved forward throughout the race dropping back to 21st at the end.
Rookie Toni Breidinger struggled and lost a lap early and struggled all night to a 30th place finish.

Corey Day a dirt specialist made his 20th start on a paved track ever ran a strong race and finished 5th.
Lane Riggs struggled on Pit Stops costing him several position in his new truck. After the second stage break he dropped back to 8th but worked his way back to 3rd place.
Chandler Smith, third in points did not have a good night early running in the back of the lead lap but a strong stage three elevated him to a 7th place finish
Rajah Caruth jumped to the lead stage start stage three showing his strength after two 3rd place stage finishes.

The last 5 laps the top three Rajah Caruth, Corey Heim and Lane Riggs battled for the lead. Rajah was able to pull away when the second and third place cars battled side by side behind him allowing Rajah to pull away for his very popular second career win
