The Modifieds and Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series (MASS) co-headline Saturday nights affair presented by New Egypt Auto Body at New Egypt Speedway.
The final month of the championship season kicks off in a big way with the 305-Winged Sprint Cars in town for the third time this season along with the Modifieds, Xtreme Diesel Performance (XDP), LLC. Street Stocks, and Vintage Cars.
Frenchtown, N.J.’s Billy Pauch Jr. picked up his second win of the season last week, using a late race restart to claim the top spot.
The win moved Pauch Jr. into a tie for the runner-up spot in points with Ringoes, N.J.’s Ryan Godown. The pair sit 24 points behind Pipersville, Pa.’s Danny Bouc for the top spot. Tanner Van Doren and Jack Butler complete the top five in points.
In MASS 305 competition this season, Buddy Schweibinz and D.J. Tanner have each claimed victories at the D-shaped clay oval this season.
Tanner won the last time the MASS 305 Sprints were in town, the first win of his Sprint Car career.
Tuckerton, N.J.’s Patrick Force continues to pace the XDP Street Stock field as the final month of the season arrives.
Force, on the strength of two wins, holds a 25-point advantage over Rob Ormsbee for the top spot in the standings. Brian Ludwig, Kory Fleming, and Scott Freed round out the top five in the standings.
The Vintage cars complete the program with a 10-lap exhibition.

For the August 2 event, pit gates open at 3 p.m. with grandstands unlocking at 4 p.m. Hot laps are slated for 5:30 p.m. with racing to follow at 6:30 p.m.
Grandstand admission is $23 for Adults, $20 for Seniors (ages 65 and up), and $15 for Teens (12-15) and Military w/ID. Kids 11 and under are admitted FREE.
Pit admission is $30 with a license and $40 w/o one.
