55th ANNUAL T.P. TRUCK EQUIPMENT SPORTSMAN FIRECRACKER 40 IS SATURDAY, JULY 12
$10 GRANDSTAND ADMISSION BACK TO THE 90’s NIGHT IS SATURDAY, JULY 19
BECHTELSVILLE, PA. – The T.P. Trailer NASCAR Modifieds and the T.P. Truck Equipment NASCAR Sportsman will be running an Independence weekend double-header racing program this Saturday night at Grandview Speedway starting at 7:30 pm.
The show on Saturday, July 5, run under the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series, will be sponsored by T.P. Trailers & Truck Equipment of Limerick, Pa. and will include qualifying events for both classes leading into a 30-lap T.P. Trailer Modified feature, and a 25-lap feature for the T.P. Truck Equipment Sportsman.
This Saturday night prior to the racing program will be the weekly Low Down and Dirty meet and greet hosted by Brittany Huber. The drivers scheduled to participate include the father and son duo of Kenny & Brett Gilmore.
The pre-race Meet and Greet is held in the main gate area starting at 5 pm and is a great time for fans to meet the drivers up close, collect some autographs, take photos, and talk racing with their favorite drivers before the night’s program gets underway.
Pit gates will open at 4 pm, with grandstand gates opening at 5:30 pm, warm-ups starting at 6:15 pm, and the first race of the evening getting the green flag at 7:30 pm.
Adult grandstand admission is $20, students 10-15 with ID are $10, while children ages 9 and under are admitted free of charge. Pit admission is $35 for NASCAR members and $45 for non-members.

Grandview Speedway successfully completed last Saturday’s race program, but lost Tuesday night’s Thunder on the Hill special 410 Sprint/358 Modified double header, as the drivers continue to chase track and NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series points.
So far this year there has not been a repeat winner in the T.P. Trailer Modified division, with Brian Hirthler, Brett Kressley, Chris Esposito, Jeff Strunk, John Willman, and Duane Howard all reaching victory lane.
These six drivers will lead the field into action on Saturday night along with other top performers such as Mike Gular, Louden Reimert, Jared Umbenhauer, Craig Von Dohren, Logan Watt, Eddie Strada, Kyle Smith, Ryan Grim, Tim Buckwalter, Doug Manmiller, Justin Grim, Ryan Watt, and nearly three dozen drivers who will be looking to reach victory lane.
The T.P. Truck Equipment Sportsman division has had two repeat winners this year, as Jesse Landis and Addison Meitzler have both scored two wins each, along with one time winners Colin Cox and Lawson Szerencits.
These drivers will be joined by top point contenders Mike Schneck Jr., Kenny Gilmore, Nathan Mohr, Dylan Swinehsart, TJ Mayberry, Gavyn Krupp, Brett Gilmore, Jimmy Leiby, Mike Stofflet, Kyle Hartzell, Dakota Kohler, Brad Brightbill, and three dozen drivers who will be in competition looking to score a feature win.
Next Saturday, July 12 the T.P. Truck Equipment Sportsman will be in the spotlight on MacMillian Oil Company of Allentown Night, with the 55th annual running of the Firecracker 40-lap Championship race in a program that will also include the T.P. Trailer Modifieds starting at 7:30 pm.
The following week on Saturday, July 19 racing will be sponsored by A.D. Moyer Lumber Company, and feature Back to the 90’s Night, with grandstand admission rolled back to 1990’s pricing at just $10!
On the race card will be a two-division show of T.P. Trailer Modifieds and T.P. Truck Equipment Sportsman starting at 7:30 pm, while fans are encouraged to wear their 1990’s era T-shirts to the track on race night!
