NEW EGYPT, NJ – Go Time.
The final weekend of racing for the Modifieds at New Egypt Speedway begins on Friday, Sept. 26 to kick off the All-Star Cup.
The weekend culminates with a 50-lap, $6,000+ top prize on the line for the Modifieds on Saturday, Sept. 27.
The Modified winner has the chance to walk away with up to $10,500 for their efforts in the 50-lap main event.
The Gambler’s Fee presented by Danny’s Pizza Pizzazz offers a chance at an extra $2,000 (with a $100 Gambler’s Fee posted), plus another $2,500 in lap money up for grabs as well, totaling $10,500 potentially for the Modified winner.
The weekend begins on Friday night with 15-lap Modified Qualifiers taking place plus the Oliver Communications Group Modified Match Races.
The Qualifiers will pay $500-to-win, $300-for-second, and $200-for-third and the Match Races will pay $50 to win each individual round and $500 for the championship round.
The top 11 cars overall in time trials will qualify for the Oliver Communications Group Match Races.
Friday night also features full programs for the Non-Winners Swagger Factory Apparel Crate Sportsman, Xtreme Diesel Performance LLC., Street Stocks, Four Cylinders, plus a Vintage Exhibition and timed practice sessions for the Swagger Factory Apparel Crate Sportsman.
Then, on Saturday, Sept. 27, the Modifieds run B-Mains to set the final qualifying positions for their 50-lap feature.
Also on Saturday is a full program for the Swagger Factory Apparel Crate Sportsman, and Four Cylinders.
The Modifieds will participate in Driver Introductions in the Grandstands prior to the beginning of their main event.
