Hodgdon Also Pairing With JMA Motorsports For Full-Time Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series Effort

A minimum of 25 races are on the calendar for Teddy Hodgdon for the 2026 short-track Modified racing season.

Hodgdon plans to compete full-time on the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour in search of the Rookie of the Year award in the familiar No. 55 entry, for all 16 events.

Hodgdon will also compete in the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series, driving the No. 07 for JMA Motorsports. The Monaco Modified calendar includes events in New Hampshire, Connecticut and Massachusetts.

Additional announcements regarding partners for both entries will be released in the coming weeks.

“I’m ready as ever to step up to full-time on the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour,” Teddy Hodgdon said. “Last year, we got our feet wet with the Connecticut challenge, and some of the bigger races. To focus on the whole schedule in 2026, we know what to expect. I’ve got a great group of guys and partners behind me, and we’re all super excited to get the season underway at New Smyrna.”

Teddy and the No. 55 NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour team will hit the track for the first time in 2026 at New Smyrna Speedway for the 200-lap season-opening NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour event on Saturday, February 7. The second event is at Martinsville Speedway on March 27.

“I’m really grateful for the opportunity to drive for Justin and his team in the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series,” Hodgdon said. “Justin and the JMA Motorsports team have a proven record bringing a great car to the track, so we should be competitive everywhere we go. Justin has been great to work with and I have no doubt we will be contending for wins.”

The first Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series event is set for Saturday, April 11 at Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park. The series then moves to New London-Waterford Speedbowl on Saturday, May 23.
