VERNON, NY – Back to the grind.
This Friday, August 25, Utica-Rome Speedway returns to NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series competition with a complete program presented by Picture Perfect Pools & Spas and Scenic View Campground.
Points-paying competition continues for the 3 Bastards Brewing Modifieds, Worthington Industries Crate 602 Sportsman, Next Generation GraphiX Pro Stocks, Fastline Performance Limited Sportsman and Fonda Fair Four Cylinders on the half-mile oval, while the Senior Services Inc. Allstar Slingshots and Junior Slingshots compete on the inner oval.
A backpack giveaway for the kids will take place in the grandstand area.
Pit gates open at 5 p.m., with hot laps at 6:45 p.m. and racing at 7:30 p.m.
Grandstand admission is $15 (Adults), $13 (Seniors ages 65 and up) and Kids 11 and under are FREE.
Pit admission is $40 (Non-Member, ages 13 and up), $35 (NASCAR or Utica-Rome Member), $10 Kids (ages 6-12) and $5 Children ages 5 and under.
The event – and all Utica-Rome 2023 races – will be broadcast live on FloRacing (www.floracing.tv) as part of the $150 annual subscription.
