BECHTELSVILLE, PA. – Following a hotly contested night of NASCAR stock car racing last Saturday night, Grandview Speedway prepares for another action packed two-division program again this weekend.
The race program for this Saturday, April 20 will be run under the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series banner for the T.P. Trailer Modifieds and the T.P. Truck Equipment Sportsman. Each division will run qualifying races leading to the 30-lap Modified and 25-lap Sportsman main events.
The Saturday, April 20 program will also see the first of the monthly fan participation Trivia nights, where questions about Grandview Speedway racing will be asked, and fans will be able to win some cool prizes or gift cards. The trivia night contests were very popular and a lot of fun last season!
It will also be Checkered Flag Fan Club night at the Speedway, with representatives on hand to sign up new members and meet the winners in Victory Lane.
Race time on Saturday night is 6 pm. Pit gates open at 3 pm, grandstand gates open at 4 pm, followed by warm-ups at 5 pm.
Grandstand admission for adults is $20, students 10-15 with ID are $10, while children ages 9 and under are admitted free. Pit admission is $35 for NASCAR members, and $45 for non-members.
Defending track Champion Brett Kressley scored the win in the 30-lap T.P. Trailer Modified main event last Saturday night, helping to erase the memory of his forgettable Opening night bad luck. The win quickly put Kressley into the top ten in the point standings heading into week three this weekend.
Jeff Strunk had another solid outing last Saturday, scoring a fifth-place feature finish to put him into the number one position in the point standings. Mike Gular scored a close second to Kressley in the feature and currently sits second in points, followed by Duane Howard who holds down third in points following a sixth-place feature run.
Alex Yankowski scored a strong fourth place feature finish and currently sits fourth in points, followed by Craig Von Dohren who rounds out the fifth spot in points, after suffering a flat tire late in the feature which caused a non-top ten feature run.

In the T.P. Truck Equipment Sportsman division, Gavyn Krupp scored an upset feature win, his first career victory at Grandview in a hotly contested main event after a multi-lap battle with TJ Mayberry and Logan Watt.
On a special note of interest, Krupp’s car had a right side pan hard bar suspension set up, the suspension set up Grandview Speedway management will be having all cars switch to for the 2025 race season.
Addison Meitzler scored a fifth-place feature run to go with his top five finish last week, and now sits on top of the point standings by one point over Adrianna Delliponti, who also scored her second straight top five feature run. Mike Schneck Jr. ended his night last Saturday in second place, and sits third in points, just three markers behind leader Meitzler.
Ryan Graver fought hard all night long, and just missed a top-ten feature finish, but sits fourth in points followed by Dylan Swinehart who rallied from a consolation qualification to an eighth-place feature finish, to round out the top five in the point standings.

On Saturday, April 27 it will be another two-division program under the NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series banner as the T.P. Trailer Modifieds and T.P. Truck Equipment Sportsman will be competing in a program that will consist of qualifying races leading up to the 30-lap Modified and 25-lap Sportsman main events.
Anticipation is starting to build for another exciting event coming to Grandview Speedway in the month of May, as the Kyle Larson/Brad Sweet Kubota High Limit 410 Sprint Car Series will be in town on Tuesday, May 28 starting at 7:30 pm with a rain date of Wednesday, May 29.
Adult grandstand tickets are $40, children 6-11 are $20, while kids 5 and under are free. Pit admission is $45, and no license is required. Advanced grandstand tickets for this event are available at www.tickethoss.com
