A busy three-race weekend for rising driver Luke Baldwin will bring him over 700 miles across the East Coast – nevermind over 400 laps on the track. Baldwin will compete in three different events at two different tracks – Martinsville Speedway and Thompson Speedway Motorsports Park – in both a Truck and a Modified.

Baldwin will drive three different cars in the three events.

Friday, he will make his NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series debut at Martinsville with Thorsport Racing. After the race, he will make the trek north to Thompson Speedway for two Modified events on Saturday and Sunday. He will compete in the Monaco Modified Tri-Track Series for the first time in his career on Saturday, driving the Ryan Preece Racing No. 40. On Sunday, he will return to the seat of the Tommy Baldwin Racing 7NY for the Icebreaker 150 with the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour. Baldwin won the pole and finished fourth in the opener of the Whelen Modified Tour season at New Smyrna on February 8.

“It’s definitely a dream come true this weekend,” Baldwin said. “Martinsville is a place where I have some laps and it’s really special to race at a track that has a lot of history to try and establish my name in the NASCAR National Series. It’s a great team with Ford and Thorsport Racing, and a great opportunity that Mohawk Northeast and everyone involved is helping me do.”

“I’m excited to get to work with the Preece family in the Tri-Track event – another group that has been close with my family for a long time. To be able to run Thompson with them and then the 7NY on Sunday with my dad and the TBR team… It’s special. Thompson is a really cool track that has a lot of history, especially with my family.”

Below are some times to note for each day of racing:
