TURNING THE PAGE: REGULAR SEASON KICKS OFF THIS SATURDAY AT NEW EGYPT SPEEDWAY

NEW EGYPT, NJ – Turning the page.

After a successful season opener during the ‘Power in the Pines’ event last Saturday, the regular season at New Egypt Speedway kicks off this Saturday, April 5 with the John Blewett Inc. ‘Points Opener.’

Five full divisions of action, plus the Fastline Performance Rookies will all begin their quest for a New Egypt Speedway championship this Saturday.

Ringoes, N.J.’s Ryan Godown headlines the class of Modifieds in 2025, targeting his seventh career Modified championship, which would set the record for the most all-time at the D-shaped oval in Central New Jersey.

The likes of Pipersville, Pa.’s Danny Bouc, Schnecksville, Pa.’s Tanner Van Doren, along with newcomer Corey Cormier, of Middletown, N.Y. will lead the pack of competitors looking to unseat Godown atop the Modifieds standings.

The Mid-Atlantic Sprint Car Series will make their 2025 debut at the 7/16th-mile oval, their first of six appearances on the docket at New Egypt Speedway in the calendar year.

The Swagger Factory Apparel Crate Sportsman, Xtreme Diesel Performance, LLC. Street Stocks, Four Cylinders and Fastline Performance Rookies will all be on the April 5 program.

For the April 5 event, pit gates open at 3 p.m. with the grandstands unlocking at 4 p.m. Hot laps begin at 5 p.m. with racing to follow at 6 p.m.

Grandstand admission is $23 for adults, $20 for Seniors (65 and up), and $15 for Military w/ID and Teens (12-15). Kids 11 and under are admitted FREE.

Pit admission is $40 (w/o a license) and $30 (w/ a license).
