FONDA, NY – Sunday funday.
With a wet Saturday predicted and a warmer, dryer Sunday looming, Fonda Speedway management has postponed its Open Practice to Sunday, April 13. All times and pricing will remain unaltered.
Track crews worked throughout the week to grade and pack the half-mile Track of Champions in advance of the precipitation on Friday and Saturday.
Pit gates open at 1 p.m. on Sunday, with cars on track 4-7 p.m. All divisions are welcome to participate.
Pit admission is $35 (Non-Member), $30 (Member) and $10 Kids (ages 11 and under).
Grandstand admission is FREE.
The pit area and main concession stands will be open, in addition to the Fonda Speedway Novelty Store with hot-off-the-press 2025 merchandise.
Online Performance Parts/Stone Motorsports will have a complete line of parts, in addition to Sunoco Race Fuels and American Racer tires.
Since 1953, the Track of Champions Fonda Speedway has hosted the best in stock car racing. The speedway operates weekly on Saturday nights from April through August plus several special events. Fonda Speedway is located on the Montgomery County Fairgrounds off New York State Thruway Exit No. 28 at 21 S. Bridge Street Fonda, NY 12068.
