(Butler Township, Pa. 8-19-25) This coming Saturday, August 23, the Circle Track Driving Experience will be back in action at Evergreen Raceway.
The Circle Track Driving Experience is something that every race enthusiast should take part in. It gives fans a first-hand look and more-so feel as to what it is like to ride, or better yet drive, an authentic stock car.
Participants are offered their choice to either ride-along or drive a Late Model stock car and if they prefer, they can also drive a Modified stock car.
Evergreen Raceway is also known for their popular Drift competitions and there is an option to ride-along in a Drift car too.
Driving the Modified is $15 per lap while the Late Model is $10 per lap. For those wishing to do the Late Model ride-along the cost is $50 and is for a designated number of laps. Handicap accessible Late Model cars are available. The Drift ride-along is $50.
The Circle Track Driving Experience will run from noon to 4:00 pm. Although walk-ins are available, it is highly recommended to make an appointment and reservation. Those interested are asked to call 570-956-6347 to reserve a time slot.
The following afternoon, Sunday, August 24, the Foley Action Track USA Extras returns to Evergreen Raceway for their Championship Event as part of “The Thrills in the Hills” series.
Twin 15-lap races for the All Pro SpeedSTRs and 602 Crate Modifieds will headline the event. Supporting classes include Street Stocks, Four Cylinders, Slingshots, and TQ Midgets, promising fans a diverse afternoon at the 1/3-mile paved oval.
Sunday adult grandstand admission is $15. Seniors and kids aged 6-12 are $13. Kids 5 and under are admitted free of charge. Pit admission is $40 for all ages.
Pit gates will open at 11:30 am with warm-ups starting at 1:00 pm with racing beginning at 2:00 pm. Grandstands open at 12:30 pm.
