LANCASTER, N.Y. (April 25, 2023) – Monroe Extinguishers has signed on as the divisional sponsor of the Sportsman division at Lancaster Motorplex. Their branding will be seen and heard every race night with their logos being present on all Lancaster Sportsman racecars and will be heard with PA announcements throughout the night. Their sponsorship also comes with a committed $10,000 point fund for the Sportsman division at the historic Lancaster oval.

Sportsman drivers MUST be registered and have the divisional sponsor decal on the racecar to be eligible for the point fund. The decals will be roof stickers like the Whelen Engineering decals are for the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour.

The Monroe Extinguishers Sportsman will be joined by the Late Models, Street Stocks, 4 Cylinders, and Mighty TQ Midgets for the 64th Season Opener on Saturday, May 6. Racing will get underway at 2:00pm.
