Afternoon showers could not slow down Justin Bonsignore’s quest to take over the NASCAR Whelen WMT point lead. Justin set fast time in qualifying for the Toyota Mod Classic 150 at Oswego Speedway. Young hot shoe Austin Beers continues to impress with another solid qualifying effort. Bobby Santos III made a rare NASCAR WMT appearance with a solid 3rd place effort.

Ron Silk, who took a slim 1-point lead in the standings into the weekend qualified 8th and will have some work to do to keep the point lead.
