(Butler Township, PA 3-7-24) Evergreen Raceway will be presenting another ‘Gut-N-Go’ Enduro on Saturday afternoon, March 16, with activities getting underway starting at 1:00 pm.

This latest edition in the long running Enduro events is being presented by the Wire Guys of Hazle Township, PA, that will be for 4/6-cylinder cars in a contested distance of 150-laps and paying the winner $1000.

And fans will be happy to see that once again grandstand admission is a mere $5.

This will be the second Enduro of the 2024 season, following last month’s 100-lap show that was won by veteran Evergreen racer TJ Kapish of Mountain Top, PA. Kapish turned in a dominating run as he lapped every car in the field en route to his 31st overall win at the 1/3-mile paved oval.

The March 16 program will get started with the popular JuiceBox Division which has become one of the hottest classes taking hold. The Radio Flyer battery powered karts are for kids ages 3-10 and is an exciting opportunity for youngsters to get in laps around the track.

Now in its third season at Evergreen, the JuiceBox Division has grown in leaps and bounds. Under the direction of Rebecca Barbush, she continues to do a magnificent work of coordinating the events and bringing in new and returning participants each year. Currently there are close to 50 registered JuiceBox racers that are making plans to run this year at Evergreen.

Additionally on March 16. the speedway has invited back the Outlaw 8-cylinder Enduro cars. There is a prerequisite, however, as a minimum of 10 cars must be registered in order for the event to take place. Anyone interested in competing with the Outlaw Enduro is asked to contact Scott Adams by March 16 via his Facebook page or by email at himmergraphics@hotmail.com
