BROOKFIELD, NY – Take two.

After rain nixed the Bob Hilbert Sportswear Short Track Super Series (STSS) Fueled By Sunoco opener for the Madsen Overhead Doors North Region on May 14 at Accord Speedway, the Crate 602 Sportsman contingent moves on to another bullring on Sunday, May 26.

Brookfield Speedway – located on the Madison County Fairgrounds – is set for its second Memorial Day Eve ‘Fast Cars & Freedom’ program highlighted by the Scenic View Campground STSS Crate 602 Sportsman competing for $1,500 to the winner.

Also on the docket: White’s Welding Pro Stocks, Swagger Factory Apparel Limited Sportsman, Anderson Towing & Recovery Four Cylinders and Abrams Press Slingshots (Juniors and Seniors).

Gates open at 4 p.m., with hot laps at 6 p.m. and racing at 7 p.m.

Grandstand admission is $15 (Adults) with Kids 8 and under FREE.

Pit admission is $40 (ages 13 and up), $10 Kids (ages 6-12) and $2 Children (ages 5 and under).

The event carries a rain date of Sunday, May 27.
