CLAREMONT, N.H. – Super Man Aaron Fellows and Green Mountain hot shoe Brandon Gray scored feature wins Friday, April 25, as Claremont Motorsports Park sailed through its first Friday event under the lights of its ambitious 2025 NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Racing Series.

Bay State blaster Jimmy Zellman won a thriller in the Pure Stocks, two-time Six Shooter king Steve Miller Sr. won his first of the year, and Ridge Runner rookie Carlos Grenier stayed perfect on the year, duplicating his victory of five days earlier.

Justin Littlewood blasted into the early lead in the Tour Type Late Model main event, bringing Kyle Goodbout with him. Aaron Fellows, though, the storied third-mile’s all-time winningest driver was quickly up to third and closing fast.

Fellows low-lined through turn one to take second on lap seven, reeled Littlewood in, and made the same move again on lap 13, taking charge and then speeding off to victory. Second to Ricky Bly last weekend, Fellows took no prisoners in romping to victory Friday. Littlewood and Goodbout joined him in trophy row.

David Thibodeau and Travis Sykes led the RE Hinkley Fuels Super Streets to the green Friday, with row-two starter Aiden White – last summer’s Ridge Runner champ – taking the lead from Thibodeau on lap two. White would hold the point the next 14 laps, as earlier heat race winner Robert Hagar made his way to the front.

Hagar took charge on lap 16, then holding Brandon Gray in his shadow until the Thetford, VT star beat him to the start/finish line on lap 22. Gray would hold strong to win by five lengths, as Hagar impressed in second, and White scored his first Super Street top three. First week winner Cody Schoolcraft was fourth on the night, just ahead of Joe Tetreault.

The LaValley Building Supply Pure Stocks rolled out a dandy Friday under the lights. One of four caution-free feature races, this one was action packed every inch of the way, with Bay State hoe shoe Jimmy Zellman winning a classic over three-time 2024 winner Kyle Kenny.

Zellman took the lead from Colton Hull on lap 12, lost it to Kenny six go-rounds later, and then stormed back and held off the Rutland, VT pilot in an eight-lap back-and-forth fought under a blanket. Tyler Wheatley finished a lone foot behind Kenny, with ageless star David Smith fourth and Hull fifth.

Steve Miller Sr. third a week ago, led all the way in Friday’s Six Shooter 20-lapper. Steve Jr., victorious on opening weekend, and Bradey Lmotte raced wheel-to-wheel for most of the race, with Miller Jr.– the reigning track champ – prevailing for second Friday.

Ford pilot Seth Drown led the first 15 laps of the JP’s Trucking Ridge Runner feature before giving way to week-one winner Carlos Grenier. Once in front, the divisional rookie never looked back, storming to his second win in a row. Drown was second, and Trevyr Young came home third.

Claremont Motorsports Park will roar back into action next Friday, May 2, with another full card of NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Racing Series action, featuring the 604 Modifieds, Outlaw Late Models, Super Streets, Pure Stocks, and Mini Stocks & One on One Spectator Drags, with post time set for 7 p.m.
