Belmar NJ March 10th 2026: Wall Stadium is taking a major step toward ensuring fair, safe, and competitive racing with the purchase of the “Rope-A-Doper” tire testing machine, developed and invented by Dennis Fogle.
This innovative technology uses laser detection to identify even the slightest chemical alteration on racing tires, helping officials enforce a strict no tire doping policy across all divisions.
To ensure accuracy and consistency, Wall Stadium will also work with Blue Ridge Labs, who will verify testing results weekly.
The policy will apply to all divisions, including Modifieds, Sportsman, Factory Stocks, 4 Cylinders, TQs, Legend Cars, and any visiting series.
While tire doping has been used in racing to soften tires and gain additional grip, it often involves harsh chemicals and solvents that can pose serious health risks to drivers, crew members, and families working in the pits. Eliminating tire doping helps create a safer environment for everyone at the track.
It also brings racing back to what it should be about — driver skill, car setup, and teamwork, not chemical advantages.
Benefits for teams include:
• No more applying tire treatments
• No more exposure to harmful chemical fumes
• Reduced preparation time and costs
• A true level playing field for competitors
Wall Stadium management has made it clear: anyone found violating the no tire doping policy will face significant fines and suspensions.
At the end of the day, this move is about keeping racing fair, safe, and focused on the competition on the track.
