Swedesboro, NJ — A night of first-time winners highlighted Saturday’s racing action at Bridgeport Motorsports Park, as multiple drivers broke through for their first victories of the 2026 season.

Leading the way was Dominick Buffalino, who powered the Big Spring Car Wash No. 126 to a dominant flag-to-flag victory in the Danny’s Pizza Pizzazz Modified feature. After battling persistent mechanical issues in recent weeks, Buffalino capitalized on his pole position and never relinquished the lead over the 30-lap main event.

Several early cautions kept the field tightly bunched, but Buffalino remained in control throughout. Sammy Martz Jr. applied steady pressure in the closing laps but ultimately settled for second. Ryan Godown finished third, followed by Brian Papiez and Neal Williams.

Ryan Krachun crossed the line in sixth, with 2025 Track Champion Dillon Steuer finishing seventh. HJ Bunting, Frank Cozze, and David Schilling completed the top ten.

In Demers Heating & Cooling Sportsman Modified competition, Ryan Andersen drove the Tim Borror-owned No. 27 to victory. Andersen, who returned to competition last season, continues to emerge as a consistent contender. Jesse Hirthler finished second, followed by Brad Roberts, Matt Peck, and Matt Ellery.

PJ Bozowski placed sixth, ahead of Rob Tete and Mike Hughes, who made his season debut. Billy Chester and rookie Christopher Buffalino rounded out the top ten.

Billy Interrante captured top honors in the DA’s Auto Body & Repair Rookie division, driving the No. 22 from the Ronnie Solomon stable.

The Victory Fuel Wingless Sprint Cars delivered another exciting feature, with JR Fulper racing to the win over Wayne Scott. Stan Ploski III finished third, followed by Mick D’Agostino and Jonathan Swanson.

Scott Freed earned his first Street Stock victory in the Straight Up Construction feature. Spider Ensinger Jr. pressured Freed throughout but settled for second. Mike Baldwin, Gary Klimczak, and Nick Sandone III completed the top five.

Logan Mull added his name to the list of first-time winners, capturing the Four Cylinder feature victory over Robbie Steinmetz.
