WEDESBORO, NJ — The excitement was at an all-time high on the Kingdom of Speed as fans witnessed a memorable night of racing highlighted by a career-first victory for Anthony Tramontana in the Danny’s Pizza Pizzazz Modifieds. With first-time winners, dramatic last-lap passes, and championship battles tightening across multiple divisions, Bridgeport Motorsports Park once again delivered an unforgettable evening of racing action.

Tramontana’s long-awaited breakthrough came in spectacular fashion as the driver of the No. 13 machine raced to his first-ever Danny’s Pizza Pizzazz Modified feature victory at Bridgeport Motorsports Park.

Starting from the pole alongside Johnny Bangs, Tramontana immediately took command while rookie sensation Luke Bunting surged into second. Kevin Hirthler and Ryan Krachun quickly joined the battle among the frontrunners as the field settled into an intense early pace.

The complexion of the race changed on lap seven when a multi-car accident on the front stretch collected several top contenders. While many cars were able to continue, six competitors saw their nights come to an early end. Once racing resumed, the remainder of the event went caution-free, setting the stage for a dramatic finish.

Tramontana steadily built a commanding advantage as tire smoke began to appear from the No. 13. Behind him, former Bridgeport Champion, Ryan Godown methodically worked forward from his eleventh-place starting spot, passing Kevin Hirthler and later Sammy Martz Jr. to move into second with just five laps remaining.

As Tramontana encountered lapped traffic in the closing circuits, Godown found clean air and quickly began closing the gap. With the crowd on its feet coming to the white flag, Godown made one final charge, but Tramontana remained composed and crossed the finish line three car lengths ahead to secure his first Bridgeport Modified victory.

Godown finished second with Martz Jr. completing the podium. Hirthler and Neal Williams rounded out the top five. Johnny Bangs, Coleby Frye, Frank Cozze, Brian Papiez and Cale Ross completed the top ten.

The Demers Heating & Cooling Sportsman feature saw another impressive performance from Ryan Anderson, who captured his third victory of the season after a thrilling late-race charge.

Christopher Buffalino grabbed the lead at the drop of the green and appeared poised for victory as he built a comfortable advantage over the field. Mike Hughes, Ronnie Solomon, Anderson and Matt Peck battled closely behind the leader throughout the first half of the event.

Following Hughes’ departure to the pits while running among the leaders on lap 14, Anderson and Peck moved into contention. Buffalino continued to lead until Anderson began reeling him in during the closing laps.

With just four laps remaining, Anderson made his move and completed the pass for the lead. Peck followed into second during the final circuits while Buffalino settled for a strong third-place finish.

Anderson collected the victory over Peck and Buffalino. Jesse Hirthler and Ronnie Solomon completed the top five. Birthday celebrant P.J. Bozowski crossed the line sixth, followed by Paulie Hartwig, Ryan Krushinski, Steve Kemery and Zane Roth.

Billy Interrante continued his impressive Rookie campaign by scoring his second D.A.’s Auto Body & Repair Rookie feature victory of the season. Drew Ziegler finished second with Brayden Morrison, Tyler Lilick and J.D. Darling completing the top five. With one event remaining, Lilick continues to hold the Rookie point lead.

Brayden Morrison earned a special moment of his own by capturing the victory in the 15-lap second Demers Heating & Cooling Sportsman feature presented by Danny’s Pizza Pizzazz, collecting his first checkered flag at Bridgeport. Scott Hulmes finished second ahead of Tom Carpenter, Melissa Scarpati and J.D. Darling.

The DCB Plumbing & Heating Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series feature provided perhaps the most dramatic finish of the evening.

Ryan Stillwaggon jumped to the early lead with Dave Brown and Eddie Wagner close behind. Wagner moved past Brown and then used a lap seven restart to take the lead from Stillwaggon. Three laps later, another restart allowed Stillwaggon to reclaim the top position while Brown remained firmly in contention.

As the field raced toward the checkered flag, Stillwaggon appeared headed for victory until Brown made a daring move entering the final corner. Brown completed the winning pass coming off Turn Four and stole the victory in thrilling fashion at the stripe.

Stillwaggon settled for second followed by Wagner, Troy Betts and Tim Iulg. Rick Lafferty, D.J. Tanner, Aidan Borden, Andrew Turpin and Kenny Laureno completed the top ten.

Jonathan Swanson continued his dominance in the Victory Fuel Wingless Sprints, leading all 20 laps of the non-stop feature to collect his third win of the season. Wayne Scott, Stan Ploski III, David Swanson and Sean Case rounded out the top five.

The visiting Xcel Modifieds added another exciting chapter to the evening with Tyler Bartik racing to victory in their 15-lap feature event. D.J. Hunt finished second ahead of Korey Inglin, Gage Landis and Doug Newbigginings.

From career-first victories to last-lap heroics, Bridgeport Motorsports Park once again showcased why it remains one of the premier destinations for dirt track racing. The enthusiastic crowd witnessed a night packed with excitement, drama, and memorable moments that will be talked about for weeks to come at the Kingdom of Speed.
