The NASCAR WMT rolled into Seekonk Speedway last night and put on a great show.
150 laps of good hard side by side racing with only 2 cautions for spins and a tight 39-minute feature.
After the Oxford Palins rainout, a beautiful sunny day greeted the fans and competitors.
Stephen Kopcik lead the most laps but had to settle for second extending his points lead over Pattrick Emerling.
Justin Bonsignore entered the race after announcing several weeks ago that he would not and led the second most laps but finished 14th.
Chase Dowling had a solid run finishing 3rd.
Austin Beers who spun in the race came back to a 4th place finish.
Tommy Catalano had his first top 5 of the season with a 5th place finish.
The NASCAR WMT will be back at the Seekonk Speedway Wednesday July 1st for the Firecracker 150 presented by the Bethesda Leadership Group. This race will be part of the Whelen Midsummer Challenge event.
