– Trisha Connolly and Carter Ridgeway Win in Race of Champions Family of Series Races –

ERRY, NY (June 14, 2026) – Andy Jankowiak of Tonawanda, NY, had oil pressure troubles during practice and was only able to start the feature after his crew thrashed to repair his car. Jankowiak then drove from 21st starting position to the lead Saturday winning his third Race of Champions Sportsman Modified Series event of the year and second consecutive at Wyoming County International Speedway “The Bullring” in Perry, NY.

“The crew earned this race,” stated Jankowkiak, following victory lane. “We had troubles today and those guys just never gave up. We had a good car. The race itself was a little rough and we all need to do a better job, but we were lucky to make our way through things. Kevin (Timmerman) was running strong, but we got a good run on him and were able to get by him. I am just thankful for everyone who helps us, the crew, my family and all of our supporters. Winning never gets old.”

Kevin Timmerman of Ontario, NY was able to come home second.

Joe Evans of Holland, NY, was able to finish third.

Alan Bookmiller of Castile, NY finished fourth.

Andrew Lewis, Jr., of Ontario, NY and George Skora of Eden, NY won two of the three qualifying races. Lewis, Jr. posted the fastest time in the final round of practice.


Connolly and Ridgeway Run to Victories at Wyoming

In the Race of Champions FOAR SCORE Four Cylinder Dash Series, Trisha Connolly of Palmerton, PA scored another victory.

Jody Kreib of Clarence, NY finished second, followed by Austyn Myers  of Alden, NY in third.

Carter Ridgeway of Williamson, NY topped Tucker Welshans of South Wales, NY in Race of Champions 602 Sportsman Modified Series competition. Liam Williamson (brother of Carter) finished third.
