MIDDLETOWN, NY (October1)……..“We are extremely proud the United Rentals has been named the Title
Sponsor of the 65th Annual United Rentals Eastern States Weekend, October 23-25, 2026,” said Brett Hearn,
the event coordinator. “The headline race, the Eastern States 200, is the oldest consecutively-run post season
short track championship race for dirt track Modified race cars. Having an international company as the title
sponsor of the entire three-day program just adds significance to the event.”

Founded in 1997, United Rentals is the world’s largest equipment rental provider, with 1,767 global
branches—1,658 in North America, 44 in Europe, and 65 in Australia and New Zealand—and employs nearly
28,000 associates worldwide. In the unique four-state region that’s home a large percentage of Orange County
Fair Speedway’s competitors and fan base, there are several United Rentals locations, including one here in
Middletown.

The traditional three-day racing festival includes championship feature races for each of the divisions that
compete at the historic five-eighths-mile oval track. In addition to the headline DIRTcar Big-Block Modifieds,
the Small-Block (358) Modifieds, the Tri-State Drywall Sportsman, the Interstate Batteries of Southern New
York Street Stocks, and the NEWS Sprint Cars will all compete in qualifying heats that set fields for their main
events.

NOTE: On Thursday, October 22, the day prior to the United Rentals Eastern States Weekend, the Short Track
Super Series Modified and Sportsman race cars take to the track for the Hard Clay Finale. Additional
