RENEWAL PERIOD FOR 2021 TICKET HOLDERS WILL BEGIN ON OCTOBER 18TH.
Renewal Information
5 Notes of Importance –
- Our 20% discount for eligible renewing ticket and camping accounts will remain in place.
- Our Kids 12 & under free ticket program will remain in place.
- We will not raise any prices – our commitment to our guests and providing an exceptional value remains.
- Camping renewals will not be affected and our camping guests will be contacted separately regarding next steps to renew your campsite.
- The NASCAR Cup Series, NASCAR Xfinity Series, NASCAR Camping World Truck Series, and the ARCA Menards Series will race at Pocono from July 22-24.
We know there are going to be lots of additional questions, but we kindly ask for your patience and understanding. We hope the below process points are helpful as we work to deliver your 2022 NASCAR ticket and camping renewals.
The Process –
- All 2021 Ticket Account holders will be contacted via email on Monday, October 18, 2021 with a designated date and time to renew. The date and time designated to you are simply when your renewal time opens. You will have up until Wednesday, December 15, 2021 to renew your tickets.
- Renewals are based on account seniority. Due to the change in the 2022 NASCAR schedule, seats are on a first-come, first-serve basis. We cannot guarantee your traditional seats will be available once your designated renewal time opens as the seats may have already been claimed by another renewal customer. In the event this occurs, you may choose any available seat while receiving the 20% renewal customer discount on select seating. We highly recommend renewing as soon or as closely to your designated date and time to claim the best available seats.
- Due to the complexity of having 40 years of ticket account holders in various grandstand locations, we will have a seat relocation process. This process will be prioritized based on seniority and location.
- The number of guests impacted will be minimal and in the event your seat was impacted you will easily be able to choose a new seat in the same general row or section via our online renewal process.
- The renewal process will take place online and in real-time, as it has the last few years.
- Camping renewals will NOT be affected by the schedule change. Our camping renewal process will also take place online this Fall.
- Any remaining tickets will go on-sale to the public towards the end of 2021.
