SHREVEPORT, LA – Three races. Eight nights.
The Bob Hilbert Sportswear Short Track Super Series (STSS) Fueled By Sunoco Ollie’s ‘Cajun Region’ prepares for its busiest stretch on the 2023 schedule.
A three-race span across eight days sends the Ollie’s Cajun Region into full swing in year No. 3.
Haughton, La.’s Koty Adams picked up the opening night win on April 1 at 105 Speedway in Cleveland, Texas, the series’ second stop was nixed due to rain at Boothill Speedway in Greenwood, La.
After more than a month off, the Ollie’s Cajun Region picks up steam again at Super Bee Speedway in Chatham, La. on Saturday, May 13.
The series’ most attended track hosts the Ollie’s Cajun Region stars for the eighth time since its inception in ‘21.
Robeline, La.’s Caleb Dillard remains the man to beat at Super Bee, claiming five of the previous seven events at the Louisiana three-eighths-mile oval.
One weekend later, the Ollie’s Cajun Region goes for a double-header on May 19 & 20.
Sabine Speedway in Many, La., plays host on Friday night before heading north to Vivian, La., for a night at Ark-La-Tex Speedway.
The Ollie’s Cajun Region visits both Sabine and Ark-La-Tex for the third time since series inception.
Adams has been stout at Sabine and Ark-La-Tex, with one win to his credit at each of the facilities. Dillard also holds one win to his credit at Sabine in the 2022 ‘Doc Dillard Memorial,’ in honor of his late grandfather.
