Barre, VT — The American-Canadian Tour received two new additions to the 2024 roster on Monday with two Bay Staters looking to tackle the ACT Rookie of the Year title fight this season. Westfield’s Jeremy Sorel and Orange’s Cole Littlewood are both looking to bring the 2024 rookie honors home to Massachusetts this season but they’ll have to go through a powerful pair of Green Mountain Boys in Kasey Beattie and Kaiden Fisher to accomplish the feat!

Jeremy Sorel is joining the 13-race American-Canadian Tour after an interesting short track career. Weekly Late Model Stock racing in the southeast, Modified racing at Stafford Speedway and Pro Stock racing in New Hampshire have given Sorel the confidence to move up and sign-up for the full slate of the international American-Canadian Tour behind the wheel of a brand-new Dale Shaw Racecars chassis. Hauling in from Westfield, Massachusetts and with the backing of Bill’s Repair Service, Sorel will look to have a learning season among the powerhouse ACT teams.

Cole Littlewood grew up cutting his teeth on the speedplants that dot Southern New Hampshire. After moving up the ranks, the Orange, Massachusetts-native earned two Late Model Sportsman track championships in 2022 before first joining up with the American-Canadian Tour last season. Littlewood made the long trek to join the non-point Easter Bunny doubleheader at North Carolina’s Hickory Motor Speedway while also joining ACT events at Stafford and Lee USA Speedway last summer. With longtime partner Lundgren Honda of Greenfield, Littlewood will be one to watch in 2024.

“It’s great to see more and more folks believe in our product and join the American-Canadian Tour,” said ACT Media Director Cale King. “Four completely different rookies fighting for the title, it’ll be exciting to see who can capitalize at each of our unique Northeast short tracks this summer!”

The American-Canadian Tour kicks off the 2024 season with the 4th annual Northeast Classic at New Hampshire Motor Speedway on Saturday, April 13 with Sunday, April 14 set as a built-in rain date if needed. The American-Canadian Tour will contest 13 events in 2024 including visits to some of New England’s most popular weekends and tracks stretching from Connecticut to Quebec, Canada.
