(Stafford Springs, CT)—For the 10th consecutive season, Olson Apartments of Agawam, MA has signed on to continue their participation in the Stafford Speedway contingency program. Olson Apartments will provide a weekly $75 bonus to each SK Light third place finisher this season, providing an extra $1,650 for drivers during the 2025 season.
“I really had no idea on how long I was going to do this, but we’re proud to have reached the 10-year mark helping support drivers at Stafford,” said Mark Olson, owner of Olson Apartments. “We’ve had a lot of fun doing it and we still enjoy supporting the drivers and the teams. We always have a good time coming down to Stafford for the show on Fridays and we enjoy watching all the drivers and teams, not just the SK Lights. It’s always an exciting show to watch every Friday night.”
The high level of competition in Stafford’s SK Light division saw 12 different drivers record a third place finish over the course of 20 races during the 2024 season. Tyler Chapman, Meghan Fuller, and Chris Matthews all recorded 3 third place finishes each, leading the SK Light division. Alexander Pearl and Brian Sullivan both scored 2 third place finishes while Sami Anderson, Nick Anglace, Nickolas Hovey, Ron Midford, Jr., Josh Morrison, Chris Viens, and Casey Vogt each notched a single third place effort. The 12 different third place matches the 12 different drivers who earned second place finishes while 8 different drivers won a race in 2024.

The first SK Modified® feature of the 2025 season will be held as part of the 53rd Annual NAPA Spring Sizzler®, set for April 26-27. The NAPA Spring Sizzler® kicks off on Saturday, April 26, with feature events for the Late Model, Limited Late Model, and Street Stock divisions, along with SK Light qualifying duel races that will set the field for an extra-distance 30-lap feature event on Sunday, April 27.

Sunday, April 27, will play host to the 53rd Annual NAPA Auto Parts Spring Sizzler®. Filling out Sunday’s racing card will be qualifying and feature racing for the SK Modified® division, the 30-lap SK Light Modified feature, plus the NAPA Pit Party.
