Mike Ordway Jr Wins ISMA’s Return to Lancaster

LANCASTER, N.Y. (June 7, 2025) – Lincoln, Maine’s Mike Ordway Jr stole the show as the ISMA Supermodifieds returned to Lancaster Motorplex Saturday night for the inaugural Eddie and Matt Serwacki Memorial presented by the Serwacki family and Lotus of WNY. Dustin Novoa from Springivlle, NY scored the Street Stock win. Eldon King III from Freedom, NY won the Late Model feature. Chris Deyoe Jr from East Otto, NY won the 4 Cylinder feature event. 

Ordway would pass two cars at once around the mid-way point of the 50-lap event, and then the Silver Bullet was driving away from the field, earning a cool $6,000. Tyler Shullick, Mike McVetta, Mark Sammut, and Mike Lichty completed the top five. Otto Sitterly blistered the 30-year-old track record for a Supermodified in time trials, by turning in a 14.932 second lap. 

Dustin Novoa from Springville, NY continued his hot start to the season by winning another Street Stock feature. Novoa held off Mark Hoch, Nathan Bryant, Dan Dressel, and Chris Barber to earn the victory. 

Eldon King III from Freedom, NY scored another win in the Late Models. King won his 11th career Late Model event, moving him into 19thon the track’s all-time wins list in the division. Scott Wylie, Bob Weber, Jacob Gustafson, and Dave Heitzhaus completed the top five. 

Chris Deyoe Jr from East Otto, NY continued his winning ways by taking home the 4 Cylinder feature event. Ryan Hessler, Kyle Casper, Hunter McKay, and James Dunkleman III completed the top five. A strong field of 17 entries signed in pitside.  

Racing continues at Lancaster Motorplex on Saturday, June 14th for a full card of racing, headlined by two Street Stock features, with the first being the makeup from May 17. The Sportsman, 4 Cylinders, and the Rusty Diamond Cores Pro 4’s will round out the racing card. Pit gates open at 2pm, with grandstands opening at 4pm, and racing will get underway at 6pm.
