(Stafford Springs, CT)—The Roofers, LLC. has returned to the Stafford Speedway contingency program for the 2026 season. 2026 will mark The Roofers, LLC.’s fourth season in the program and they will once again provide an extra benefit for both SK Modified® and SK Light drivers. The Roofers, LLC. will provide a weekly $100 bonus to each SK Modified® third place finisher and a $75 bonus to each SK Light third place finisher during the 2026 season.
“I’ve been coming to Stafford to watch the races since the mid-‘70’s and I finally have the means to be able to be a contingency sponsor,” said Scott Kelly of The Roofers, LLC. “It’s a great honor for us to be able to contribute to the race program at Stafford. Whenever drivers win our contingency, they reach out to us via email to thank us, which is really awesome, and I always tell them it’s an honor for us to be able to help them out.”
The first round of The Roofers, LLC. contingencies were awarded during NAPA Spring Sizzler® Weekend on April 25-26. Mikey Flynn finished third in the 40-lap SK Modified® feature while there were three The Roofers, LLC. contingencies that were paid out to SK Light drivers. Dylan Houghton and Amanda West each took home The Roofers, LLC. bonus for their third place finishes in the SK Light Duels on April 25 while Peter Bennett claimed the bonus in the 30-lap SK Light feature on April 26.

The next The Roofers, LLC. contingency bonus of the 2026 season will be paid out this Friday, May 8th. May 8th is a weekly racing program that will see Stafford’s Late Model, Limited Late Model, and Street Stock teams join the SK Modified® and SK Light teams in feature action.
