(May 29, 2026): Danny Bouc of Pipersville, PA captured his first Millman’s Napa Auto Parts
Modified feature of the year Friday evening at the Georgetown Speedway on Fleet Titan night.
Bouc took the lead from Jordan Watson on lap 7, and then held off former track champion Ryan
Godown to post his 6th career win at the speedway.
“We have been fast here all year but have had some tough luck,” stated Bouc in the Ad-Art
Signs victory lane, ”Tonight we finally put it all together. I have a great team and I can’t thank
them enough.”
Jordan Watson started on the pole and charged out in front at the drop of the green chased by
Danny Bouc and Matt Stangle. Watson was already feeling some pressure from Bouc when the
first caution of the event slowed the action just two laps into the contest when Jarod Millman
spun in turn #3. Roger Manning spun in turn one on the ensuing restart for what turned out to be
the final caution of the event, keeping the field closed up. This restart saw Jordan Watson jump
back on top with Bouc and Stangle giving chase once again. Bouc kept Watson in sight and on
lap 6 he caught the leader heading into turn 3. The two raced side by side swapping the top
spot for another lap before Bouc was able to wrestle the lead from Watson.
Bouc powered away at this point as Ryan Godown entered the picture as raced with Billy Pauch
Jr. and Matt Stangle 3 wide for third. Godown moved into the spot on lap 10 and wasted no
time moving in on Watson to challenge. Godown looked to be the fastest car on the track as he
swept around Watson for second and began to reel in Bouc who was more than a half
straightaway out in front. As the 25 lap event moved inside of 10 laps to go, Godown was visibly
closing in on the leader as they began to negotiate lapped traffic. Lap 17 saw Godown get
within 3 car lengths only to have Bouc drive away again. But Godown was not done, as he
caught Bouc again with 3 laps to go. But Bouc was not going to be denied on this night as he hit
his marks and brought the Pondish Racing #6 to the finish first.
Godown’s valiant run landed him a close second on this night. Jordan Watson came home third
followed by 2 time winner Billy Pauch Jr. in fourth and Matt Stangle taking fifth. Ryan Krachun
was sixth, Austin Hubbard who started last raced up to 7th, with HJ Bunting, Joseph Watson
and Ryan Riddle completing the top ten.
The DCB Plumbing & Heating Mid-Atlantic Sprint Series made their first visit to Georgetown with
Delaware native Troy Betts finally breaking through and capturing his first win in his home state.
The defending MASS series champ took the lead from Cody West on lap 14 and never looked
back. West came back to challenge in the closing laps but Betts was not to be denied and
flashed across the line 2 seconds ahead of West. West settled for second while Eddie Wagner

rallied from a slow start and charged back up to finish in the top three. DJ Tanner came home
fourth with the series opening night winner Tim Iulg finishing in fifth.
The Blue Hen Disposal 602 Sportsman feature saw Nathan Austin win the first race of his young
career. Austin took the lead at the start, and despite some torrid action going on behind him,
and a final restart with just one lap to go, he was able to keep his cool and bring his Bayside
Construction #811 to victory lane. Adam White finished second after racing side by side with
Jaxson Hill for most of the race. Hill, in only his third ever start in Sportsman Modified type car,
finished third in his #62. Luke Bunting came home fourth, and Matt Peck rounded out the top
five.
Trevor Collins was victorious in the First State Chevrolet RUSH Late Model 20 lap feature event.
Collins took top honors for the sixth time in his career, as he held off Amanda Robinson most of
the race and then a late charge by Joey Warren over the final two laps. Warren came home
second followed by Robinson, Nick Davis and Matt Hill.
The Delaware Super Trucks 12 lap feature was won by Ethan Brasure of Delmar, DE. Chase
Carter came home second followed by Scott Trice, Cole Lingo and Kyle Brasure.
Robbie Strain captured the 12 lap Delmarva Charger feature event. Strain bested the driver who
won the last time out, Jay Lowman & Rachel Truitt in an exciting three wide finish! Rachel Walls
was right behind the lead trio finishing fourth followed by Eddie Ashwell.
The next event coming up at Georgetown Speedway will be the Deron Rust Memorial on Friday
June 12th, featuring the fan favorite Twin 20’s for the Modifieds. The Millman’s Napa Auto Parts
Modifieds will compete in TWO 20 lap feature events. They will be joined on the card by the
Blue Hen Disposal 602 Sportsman, the First State Chevrolet RUSH Late Models, Delaware
Super Trucks, Delmarva Chargers and the Southern Delaware Racing Club vintage cars.
Pit gates will open at 4pm, with the grandstands opening at 5pm, Hot laps will be at 6:20pm and
racing gets underway at 7:15pm.
