BECHTELSVILLE, PA. – Following the very entertaining USAC Sprint/NASCAR Modified double header on Tuesday night, Grandview Speedway is ready to roll back into action this Saturday night.

Grandview Speedway will be presenting a NASCAR Local Racing Series Powered by O’Reilly Auto Parts program on Saturday, June 20 featuring the T.P. Trailers & Truck Equipment NASCAR Modifieds and Sportsman.

Saturday’s event is sponsored by Macmillan Oil Company of Allentown and will see qualifying events for both classes leading into a 30-lap T.P. Trailers & Truck Equipment Modified feature and a 25-lap feature for the T.P. Trailers & Truck Equipment Sportsman, as well as the Lown Down Entertainment one on one Match Races for the Sportsman division.

The evenings race sponsor Macmillan Oil Company of Allentown’s (MOCA) mission is to partner with your business, guaranteeing all service levels are supplied and maintained, so your organization can grow and perform at optimal levels. MOCA provides lubrication supplies for passenger cars, heavy duty trucks, hydraulic equipment, gear oils, transmission fluids, DEF, and countless other specialty products.

Macmillan Oil Company of Allentown will be set up inside the main gate grandstand entrance to greet fans upon their arrival, handing out t-shirts to early arriving fans, as well as having a display set up in the pit area to greet all drivers and race teams that will include driver giveaway packages as they did last year.

The one-on-one T.P. Trailers & Truck Equipment Sportsman match races presented by Low Down Entertainment, known as the Low-Down Throw Down, will see the top seven in T.P. Trailers & Truck Equipment Sportsman points plus the three fastest cars timed through that evening’s hot lap session that are not in the top seven in points participating in the match races.

The overall winner will get a top prize of $500, plus additional prizes including an American Racer tire certificate, and a bottle of Inferno Armor.

Another bonus of $200 has been posted by Jimbo’s Exteriors for any driver that can go undefeated in the match races (this will also apply to the Modified match races July 4).

Sponsors for the Low-Down Throw Down include MB Roofing, Baer Den Farms, Stringers Collision Center, Hoffman Speed Supplies, Bear’s Inferno Armor, and American Racer.

In addition to the racing action this Saturday night, prior to the racing program will be the weekly meet and greet, presented by Low Down Entertainment and hosted by Brittany Huber and Jennifer Umbenhauer. This week’s drivers who will be on hand with their cars will be Brett Kressley, Dakota Kohler and Joey Vaccaro.

The pre-race Meet and Greet is held in the grandstand main gate area from 5 to 6 pm and is a great time for fans to meet the drivers in person, collect some autographs, take photos, and talk racing with their favorite drivers before the night’s program gets underway. Also included in the Meet & Greet will be Little Miss Grandview Alaina Steigerwalt with crayons and coloring pages for the kids!

Saturday’s program will also feature another Grandview Trivia night, where fans can win different prizes after correctly answering questions about Grandview Speedway racing. Trivia nights have become very entertaining over the last couple of seasons!
