FONDA, NY – The schedule for Saturday’s (April 18) Advanced Restoration & Cleaning 12A Opening Day Remembering Jumpin’ Jack Johnson at Fonda Speedway has been adjusted.
Due to showers predicted later in the evening, the following changes have been instituted:
· Early Pit Pass Sales – 11 a.m.
· Pit Gate Opens – 1 p.m.
· Grandstand & Infield Drive-In Gates Open: 2 p.m.
· Hot Laps: 3 p.m.
· Racing to Follow Immediately – Approximately 3:30 p.m.
The program will run in its entirety as originally scheduled.
Amsterdam Truck Center Modifieds headline the program with a 32-lap event paying $4,012 to the winner. Swagger Factory Apparel Sportsman race 25 laps with a $1,212 top prize. Leatherstocking Credit Union Pro Stocks compete for $812 to win after 20 laps. Also on the program: Montgomery County Office for Aging Inc. Limited Sportsman and Fonda Fair Four Cylinders. Points begin for all classes.
Grandstand admission is $22 (Adults) and $20 (Seniors ages 65 and above). Kids 11 and under are FREE.
Infield drive-in admission is $95 and includes four passes.

Pit admission is $40 (Non-Members), $35 (Members) or $10 (Kids ages 11 and under).

The Track of Champions Fonda Speedway has hosted the best in stock car racing for 75 seasons. The speedway operates weekly on Saturday nights from April through August plus several special events.
