Opening Night Saturday, April 1st – All American 400 Sunday, November 5th

Nashville, TN (Thursday, January 5, 2023) – Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway has announced the complete 2023 schedule for the 119th season of auto racing at the historic Fairgrounds Speedway, located in the heart of Nashville, Tennessee. The 2023 schedule features nine action packed race weekends highlighted with a combination of Nashville local racing and nine different touring series.
The season begins with Opening Night on Saturday, April 1st. An evening that features Limited Late Models, Street Stocks, Pure Stocks, Pest Doctor Front Runners, Legends Cars, and Murfreesboro Fence Company Bandoleros will be capped by a special 119-lap feature race for the Nashville Pro Late Models. Racing action will begin at 5:00pm after a special pre-race ceremony recognizing the 2022 Track Champions and Rookie of the Year award recipients.
US Legends Cars and Bandoleros return on Friday and Saturday April 14th and 15th for the third annual US Legends Spring Series national event. Pro Late Models and Trucks will be on the card Saturday night as well.
ARCA Menards Series East returns to Music City USA for the traditional running of the Music City 200 on Saturday, May 13th. The ARCA stars will be joined by Nashville’s local Pro Late Model stars and the popular CRA Street Stocks making a great 3-in-1 show on the famed five-eighths mile high banked oval. A special quarter-mile program will be run on Friday evening, May 12th featuring Limited Late Models, Street Stocks, Pure Stocks, and Pest Doctor Front Runners.
Mayhem ensues on Triple 50s night, Saturday, June 10th, when the Modifieds of Mayhem Tour return to town. 50-lap features are on deck for Pro Late Models, Modifieds, and Trucks. All six Nashville quarter-mile divisions will be in competition as well.
The North/South Super Late Model Challenge 100 featuring the ASA/CRA Super Series from the north and the ASA Southern Super Series is set for Sunday evening, July 2nd. Pro Late Models, Trucks, Legends Cars, and Bandoleros will join some of the best Super Late Model drivers in the country at this special Independence Day weekend event.
At the end of the month, two tours come to town – The 500 Sprint Car Tour, a non-wing sprint car series, making its debut at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway, alongside the JEGS/CRA All-Stars Tour on Saturday, July 29th. The Pro Late Model race will be a points event for both Nashville and CRA. All six quarter-mile classes will be racing as well.
Bass Tire Family Night is scheduled for Saturday, August 12th. The fun filled evening with lots of prizes and give-a-ways sees the only appearance of Outlaw Late Models in 2023. The Outlaws made their inaugural visit to the Fairgrounds in September of 2022, a race won by Nashville icon, Chad Chaffin. Pro Late Models, Limited Late Models, Street Stocks, Pure Stocks, Pest Doctor Front Runners, Legends Cars, and Murfreesboro Fence Bandoleros are also on the card.
The Nashville Truck championship race is set for Saturday, October 7th. All other Nashville local racing classes, including Pro Late Models, will be on hand.
The 39th Running of the All American 400 Race Weekend is the season finale on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, November 3rd, 4th, and 5th. Friday night is Championship night for Nashville’s Limited Late Models, Street Stocks, Pure Stocks, Pest Doctor Front Runners, Legends Cars, and Bandoleros. Saturday and Sunday attention switches to the big track with ASA STARS National Tour Super Late Models, Nashville & JEGS/CRA All-Star Tour Pro Late Models, CRA Street Stock Series, and Vores Compact Touring Series.
