Contingency Bonuses Starting To Add Up For John Blewett III Memorial 176 At Wall Stadium On August 29

Wall Township, NJ – In addition to the $10,076 to win and $1,076 to start the 176-lap John Blewett III Memorial for the Tour-Type Modifieds on August 29th at Wall Stadium from a $45,000 total purse, a number of contingency bonuses have started to roll in.

A $1,000 bonus has been put up courtesy of North American Construction to the driver who sets the fastest lap in Tour-Type Modified time trials on August 29th.

Also a $500 Hard Charger Award is now up for grabs for the driver who advances the most positions during the 176-lap feature event thanks to Professional Therapy Associates.

More than $2,200 in lap money has been raised to date, with the total continuing to grow. Additional contingency bonuses are also available for the 176-lap event.

Lap sponsorships are available for a minimum of $25 per lap. Fans can secure a lap by emailing wallstadiummarketing@gmail.com or by visiting the merchandise gazebo or main office on race nights.

The redraw for the Tour-Type Modifieds will be sponsored by NAPA and VanWickle Auto Supply that night as well.

Teams looking to get additional track time before Saturday’s event can participate in an Open Practice on Friday, August 28, from 3–7 p.m. The session will be open to all race teams.

Camping will be available on the Speedway grounds beginning Thursday evening, August 27. 

Advance tickets are on sale now at wall-stadium.com, Adult (18+) tickets will be $40, Seniors & Military w/ID will be $30, Kids (7-17) will be $20 with Kids 6 & under being FREE. Pit passes will be $45 with a NASCAR License and $55 without. 

Also joining the August 29 racing card will be the NASCAR Sportsman, O’Shea’s Auto Repair Factory Stocks, and Natural Design Co. Legend Cars.

Pit gates will open for Tour Type Modified teams at 9am, followed by 12pm for the Wall Stadium local divisions. Tour Modified practice is slated for 1pm, grandstand gates will unlock at 4pm, Tour Modified Time Trials are set for 4:30pm with the John Blewett Memorial 176 set to begin at 6:30pm.

An all-star field of invading Tour-Type Modified drivers is expected to take on the Wall Stadium high banks, led by 2025 NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour champion Austin Beers, along with Matt Hirschman, Tommy and Trevor Catalano, Timmy Solomito, Max Zachem, Matt Swanson, Danny Bohn, Tom Rogers, Ricky Collins, Don Wagner, Jack Ely, Ryan Flores and Roger Turbush.

The visiting stars will go head-to-head with a strong contingent of Wall Stadium regulars, including Blake Barney, Jimmy and James Blewett, Eddie McCarthy, Adam LaCicero, Carstern DiGiantomasso, Tyler Truex, Kyle Scisco and more.

Adding even more star power to the event, 2008 Daytona 500 champion Ryan Newman will make his first-ever appearance at Wall Stadium and compete in the 176-lap Tour-Type Modified feature.
