EVANS MILLS, NY – The Evans Mills Raceway Park continues their 2026 campaign into the dog days of summer with another full card of racing including the second round of Spectator Drag Races on Military Appreciation Night Presented by the Bob Johnson Auto Group in Watertown and Pulaski. Bob Johnson Auto Group boasts dealerships of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Volkswagen, Chevrolet, and Ford in the North Country.
The Kinney Drugs Modifieds will be joined by racing from the Christman Fuel Service INEX Legends, LaFave Motor Sales Crown Vics, Stewart’s Shops Sport Compacts, and Excess Storage Thunderstocks. The Spectator Drag Races will roll off for their double-elimination bracket tournament after the conclusion of heat racing. Currently Dan Estal leads Spec Drag points over Andrew Estal and Brendon Fone.
Folk joining spectator drag racing must register at the box office window before 5:30pm with proof of insurance and a helmet. Races will be 1v1 and 2 laps each from a standing start. The entry fee is $20 per car entered.
General Admission is free for active and veteran military members at the box office. Dependents will receive the standard military discount.
