– Race of Champions Sportsman Modified; Race of Champions Street Stock Series; and Race of Champions FOAR SCORE Four Cylinder Dash Series set to go on the High Banks –
Holland, N.Y. – (August 21, 2026) – The Race of Champions “Family of Series” is ready to take on one of its biggest nights of the season with the running of the Busch Light 150 presented by Try-It Distributing and Sealmaster at Holland (N.Y.) Speedway on Saturday, August 29. This marquee event will close out the 2026 stock car racing season at Holland.
The Race of Champions Sportsman Modified Series will headline the card with 60 laps and $2,500-to-win in the prestigious George Decker Memorial. The Race of Champions Sportsman Modified Series is one of the most competitive divisions in the region, with division regulars like Kevin Timmerman of Ontario, NY competing against some of the Race of Champions Modified Series drivers like Andy Jankowiak of Tonawanda, NY and others.
“It is some of the most intense racing you’ll ever see,” stated Timmerman. “We are all very close and everyone ramps up when they come to one of these races. We’re looking forward to it.”
The Race of Champions Street Stock Series will contest in two 25-lap features offering what becomes their largest purse of the season, with a $500 bonus offered from the Boston Deli to any driver who can win both 25-lap features. If the same driver does not win both features the bonus money will be paid out at the discretion of the Boston Deli following the feature events.
Also on the night’s card: the Race of Champions FOAR SCORE Four Cylinder Dash Series and WNY Mighty TQ Midgets ensuring a full slate of high-speed action.

An open practice for all divisions will take place on Thursday, August 27. Gates open at 5:00 p.m., with on-track activity running from 6:00 p.m. until dusk.
