Wall Township, NJ – The widely popular ‘Party In The Pits’ takes place at Wall Stadium this coming Saturday night, September 5th. Following heat race action this Saturday night, race fans will be invited to the pit area to meet and greet with their favorite drivers and see their cars up close prior to the night’s feature events.
The Accurate Tree Service Sportsman division will headline the night with two 35-lap feature events which will each pay $2,200 to win. Also in action will be the O’Shea’s Auto Repair Factory Stocks, Surfside Collision 4 Cylinders, Natural Design Co. Legend Cars and ATQMRA TQ Midgets.
Special thanks goes out to North American Construction who added $1,000 and division sponsor Accurate Tree Service who added $500 to each Sportsman feature winner. North American Construction also sponsored the quick time award in last weekend’s John Blewett III Memorial 176.
Leading the Accurate Tree Service Sportsman into Saturday night will be point leader Kevin Davison of Howell, NJ who holds a 20 point advantage over Edison, NJ’s Zach Lenardo and Rahway NJ’s Billy Both.
Pit gates will open at 1pm on Saturday, Practice will begin at 2pm when the grandstands open, qualifying will start at 4pm, the party in the pits will go from 6pm to 7pm with features beginning at 7:30pm. Adult (18+) tickets are $20, Seniors & Military w/ID are $15, Kids (7-17) are $10.
The fun doesn’t stop there this weekend as the inaugural Wall Stadium Car Show will take place on Sunday, September 6th. Car Registration takes place from 8am to 10am with the show running from 10am to 3pm. Car Registration is $20 while admission to the show will be free.
The NASCAR Modifieds return to action next Saturday night, September 12th with Twin 35 lap feature events while the O’Shea’s Auto Repair Factory Stocks and Surfside Collision 4-Cylinders will also be in competition.
