NASCAR Announces Monday Doubleheader at Daytona as Rain Postpones DAYTONA 500

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (February 18, 2024) – Due to inclement weather, NASCAR today announced that Sunday’s DAYTONA 500 has been postponed until Monday at 4 p.m. ET. The DAYTONA 500 now joins the NASCAR Xfinity Series race (11:00 a.m. ET) on Monday, creating the first-ever Monday doubleheader at Daytona International Speedway.

The original broadcast networks remain unchanged. The NASCAR Xfinity Series race will broadcast on FS1, MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio. The DAYTONA 500 will be live on FOX, MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.

Fans with Saturday grandstand tickets and admission to the Hard Rock Bet Fanzone may attend both the NASCAR Xfinity Series race and the DAYTONA 500.

Fans looking to buy or sell reserved seats for the DAYTONA 500 should visit SeatGeek, the Official Ticket Marketplace of NASCAR. Tickets are available for Monday’s event.

FOX’s NASCAR RaceDay pre-race show will remain scheduled for today. Fans can tune-in at 11 a.m. ET on FS1 and FOX at 1 p.m. ET.
