N. Woodstock, NH — Friday night saw the White Mountain Motorsports Park family of race teams come together one final time to celebrate the 2025 season at the annual Banquet of Champions at the Bethlehem Elks Club #1831. The packed crowd celebrated the season in style with plenty of stories, laughs and more than a few botched dance moves by the end of the evening!

Along with the top full-time drivers in the Bar Harbor Bank & Trust Strictly Minis, including champion McKenna Merchant, JJ Goodbout was awarded the annual White Mountain Sportsmanship Award while Logan Farnworth accepted his Rookie of the Year honors. The Dwarf Car teams were also well represented although champion Jason Wyman was unable to accept his honors at the last minute, five teams were present for the annual celebrations.

Shane Sicard led the Fisher Auto Parts Flying Tiger top-ten teamsters while Jason Woodard was on hand to accept his Central Asphalt Paving Triple Crown Series championship accolades. Todd Derrington was awarded his Rookie of the Year accolades in his first year of V-8 driving after many years in the four-cylinder ranks.

Twelve Dad’s 4 By Kids Division pilots were celebrated for their year-long accomplishments in the youth division ranks. While there are no points in the Kids Division, those that stayed the course and supported White Mountain all summer were celebrated for their commitment to learn and have fun each and every week! Berlin’s Nick Miller accepted his second Ammonoosuc Asphalt Mini Late Model championship alongside top three runners Brett Jackson and Rookie Jack Hayes.

After Reilly Lanphear was happily surprised to earn White Mountain’s Most Improved Driver Award, the 1764 Sports Bar & Grill Late Models were celebrated for their 2025 season. Up first was the top-three celebrations for the top runners in the Wall’s Ford Platinum Series including back-to-back champion Gabe Brown, runner-up Justin Prescott and Kasey Beattie. Quinny Welch accepted his 10th King of the Mountain championship award saying 2026 is wide open with possibilities for the veteran driver.

Rounding out the evening’s celebrations came the annual Avery Award for outstanding contributions to the White Mountain Motorsports Park. Named in honor of the family that built and maintained New Hampshire’s Favorite Short Track for over 25 years, the Avery Award is the most coveted award annually given out at the annual banquet. In 2025 it was awarded to Milton CAT for their support of the Midsummer Classic 250, White Mountain’s marquee event, and their growing commitment and support of stock car racing in the region. Milton CAT Sales Representative and White Mountain Dwarf Car standout Chad Dufour was on hand to accept the Avery Award on their behalf.

With the conclusion of the annual Banquet of Champions also comes the official exclamation point on the 2025 season for White Mountain Motorsports Park.
